The project is located in a facility of Huayi Group in Zhejiang for treatment of domestic wastewater and some industrial wastewater, with a capacity of 100m³/d. The effluent after traetment is required to meet the requirement for class 1A of national standards. According to the characteristics of wastewater, a BioComb integrated wastewater treatment system from BHT Environ is used for degradation of organic matter, removal of nitrogen and phosphorus, sludge separation and sludge concentration in an integrated tank, simplifying the process and dramatically reducing maintenance required for the wastewater treatment equipment maintenance, while the quality of effluent is superior. The project was formally put into operation in January 2015, and the effluent completely reaches the design requirements.
